House to rent in Portivy, on the harbour
Facing the most authentic little fishing harbour of the Quiberon peninsula, with a fantastic view over the sea.
Atmosphere
Facing the small fishing harbour of Portivy, you overlook the beginning of the wild coast. On stormy days the waves crash over the jetty; in the evening the sunset is a show of its own. The panoramic sea view from the living room, the kitchen and the south-facing terrace lets you live to the rhythm of the tides.
As for beaches, you are spoilt for choice: small coves between the rocks, long white-sand beaches with turquoise water, small or big waves, or total calm… everything is less than 10 minutes from the house.

We had an incredible stay in Matthieu's house, close to the beaches and surf spots, on a lovely, unspoilt little harbour, a stone's throw from a warm and delicious bar-restaurant… Nothing to fault, not a single off note: we only give 5 stars because we can't give 6!
Wonderful family stay in a house with a magnificent sea view! Despite the wind and rain, we made the most of it: a home where you feel truly comfortable, an ever-changing view of the sea hour by hour, and a perfect base to explore the Morbihan. The whole family loved it.
Matthieu is a helpful, multilingual and friendly host, whose description of the place is rather an understatement. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace overlooking the tides in the harbour and felt at ease throughout. Thank you for the trust — an exceptional host.
